Access to and use of the gitoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. gitoto employs active age verification procedures and may request identity documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been created by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Adults only (21+). If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using this Platform. Parental controls are strongly recommended if minors share access to your devices.
The Platform is operated primarily for users residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. gitoto makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited is strictly forbidden.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are acting under any form of legal guardianship, incapacity order, or bankruptcy restriction, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
Each eligible User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes but is not limited to: your legal full name, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update your registration information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gitoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall be liable for all such activity.
gitoto operates a mandatory KYC verification program in line with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before being permitted to withdraw Funds:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gitoto reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all pending transactions, and permanently close any Account where inaccurate information is detected, with no obligation to return deposited Funds where fraud is evidenced.
gitoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian users: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method held in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your Account within seconds of successful processing. gitoto does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00–20:00 Western Indonesia Time, WIB) and within 60 minutes outside those hours. All withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or fraud screening. gitoto does not charge withdrawal fees; however, bank processing charges may apply.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Deposits made in foreign currencies will not be accepted. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User are the User's sole responsibility.
All funds deposited into your gitoto Account are held exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits do not earn interest and are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.
gitoto may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times the Bonus amount before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 50%, and live casino games contribute 20% toward satisfying wagering requirements.
gitoto reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim a welcome Bonus more than once, placing only low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, participating in coordinated wagering with other Users, or any other pattern of play that gitoto determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus funds expire 30 calendar days after the Bonus is credited to the Account. Expired Bonus funds are automatically forfeited with no entitlement to compensation.
gitoto reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, system malfunctions, or obvious errors in published odds or lottery results. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is generated in the User's bet history.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, lottery draw outcomes, game results, or any other data published on the Platform (whether caused by human error, software fault, or data feed failure), gitoto reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. Winnings paid on palpably erroneous results may be reclaimed by gitoto.
All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports — are governed by rules specific to each sport and market type. For football betting, standard rules apply: a match must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise specified. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) require all legs to win for a payout; any voided selection reduces the accumulator leg count. Handicap betting, known locally as voor bola (a points-start system applied to the underdog), follows standard Asian handicap rules as published on the Platform.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, and others — source results exclusively from the official draw pools of the respective lottery organizations. gitoto publishes results immediately upon official announcement. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the published result. Payouts are calculated at the published odds at the time of bet placement.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gitoto will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If a game round cannot be verified, the stake for that round will be returned to the User's Account. gitoto accepts no liability for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections on the User's side.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the gitoto brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gitoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gitoto. Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of gitoto's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
gitoto does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Platform at any time without notice for the purposes of maintenance, upgrades, or security remediation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gitoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
In any event, gitoto's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is the lesser.
The Platform may rely on third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feed suppliers. gitoto accepts no liability for failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party service providers, provided gitoto has taken reasonable steps to select reputable partners and maintain service continuity.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gitoto customer support. Upon closure, any verified Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding KYC requirements or fraud investigations are pending.
gitoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of Bonuses, or any conduct that gitoto reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Users, or its reputation.
Upon termination of an Account by gitoto for cause, all pending bets will be voided, all Bonus balances will be forfeited, and any withdrawal of remaining real-money Funds will be subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements. gitoto's right to investigate suspected wrongdoing survives the termination of any Account.
gitoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Your personal data — including identity documents, contact details, payment information, and gameplay records — is handled with bank-grade security protocols, including SSL encryption and access controls. gitoto does not sell personal data to third parties and shares data only to the extent required by applicable law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as designated by gitoto from time to time.
gitoto operates under international gaming licenses and adheres to international standards of player protection and anti-money laundering compliance. Users located in Indonesia accept that online gaming operates in a legally complex environment and take personal responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local regulations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
gitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gitoto will notify registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
